Draft Proposal of the Rules on the Implementation of Simple Procurement Procedures<\/a><\/p>\n

Based on the submitted declarations referred to in Article 80, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120\/2016), we publish the list of economic operators with whom the representatives of the contracting authority, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, referred to in Article 76, paragraph 2, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120\/2016), or persons related to them, have a conflict of interest within the meaning of Article 76, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act.<\/p>\n
