{"id":121569,"date":"2021-03-03T11:55:57","date_gmt":"2021-03-03T10:55:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/students\/office-for-students-and-study-programmes\/prijava-i-odjava-ispita\/"},"modified":"2026-07-21T13:51:04","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T11:51:04","slug":"exam-registration-and-withdrawal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/en\/students\/office-for-students-and-study-programmes\/exam-registration-and-withdrawal\/","title":{"rendered":"Exam Registration and Withdrawal"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col-md-10 col-sm-9\">\n<div class=\"page-content thumbnail\">\n<p>Students registered in the ISVU system register for and withdraw from exams electronically via Studomat.<\/p>\n<p>Studomat can be accessed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on a kiosk computer by pressing the touchscreen,<\/li>\n<li>on computers that serve as replacements for the kiosk computer,<\/li>\n<li>using any computer connected to the Internet with an installed web browser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To use Studomat, students log in by entering their electronic identity in the <a href=\"mailto:AAI@EduHr\">AAI@EduHr<\/a> system and verify their identity using a password. Students receive their passwords upon enrolment at the Faculty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHERE<\/strong> exams can be registered for or withdrawn from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on the kiosk computer located in the Faculty lobby<\/li>\n<li>using any computer connected to the Internet by accessing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isvu.hr\/studomat\" rel=\"noopener\">www.isvu.hr\/studomat<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHEN<\/strong> exams can be registered for or withdrawn from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exam registration<\/strong> is permitted up to 5 (five) days before the examination date<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exam withdrawal<\/strong> is permitted up to 24 hours before the examination date. If the examination date is a Monday, the deadline for withdrawing from the exam is Friday at 10:59 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Students who do not withdraw from an exam on time and do not attend the exam will be recorded as absent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for an examination date of 21 April 2021, the registration deadline is 15 April 2021 at 11:59 p.m., and the withdrawal deadline is 19 April 2021 at 11:59 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>for an examination date of 12 April 2021, the registration deadline is 6 April 2021 at 11:59 p.m., and the withdrawal deadline is 9 April 2021 at 10:59 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW<\/strong> to register for or withdraw from exams<\/p>\n<p>Registration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>log in using <a href=\"mailto:AAI@EduHr\">AAI@EduHr<\/a> and your password<\/li>\n<li>select the Exam Registration option<\/li>\n<li>select the desired course and examination date from the list of available courses<\/li>\n<li>press the Register button<\/li>\n<li>note the registration reference number, without which any subsequent complaints cannot be processed<\/li>\n<li>always select Exit to ensure data security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Withdrawal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>log in using <a href=\"mailto:AAI@EduHr\">AAI@EduHr<\/a> and your password<\/li>\n<li>select the Exam Withdrawal option<\/li>\n<li>select the desired registration from the list provided<\/li>\n<li>press the Withdraw button<\/li>\n<li>confirm the exam withdrawal when prompted<\/li>\n<li>always select Exit to ensure data security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All additional information about examinations is available from the Student Administration Office.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of problems with examination dates, or if an examination date does not appear in Studomat, students should contact the Office for Students and Study Programmes!<\/p>\n<p>After taking an exam, and no later than five days after the exam, the student is required to check their grade in Studomat.
