ISVU \u2013 Enrolment in the Academic Year<\/h3>\n

Before enrolling in the academic year via Studomat, you must review the curriculum of your enrolled study programme and the class schedule, and contact your home department for additional information about your studies. This is also an opportunity to obtain the necessary advice and recommendations regarding the selection of elective and, in some cases, compulsory courses and to gain a clear understanding of your study programme. Before enrolling via Studomat, it is advisable to prepare a list of the courses you wish to enrol in, depending on the courses offered by each study programme and their compatibility with your class schedule, in order to avoid timetable clashes. In addition to the desired courses, the list should also include possible alternative courses, as enrolment in elective courses is limited by enrolment quotas. Furthermore, you should carefully review the process of enrolment in the academic year via Studomat described below. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the enrolment process satisfactorily via Studomat because both your preferred and alternative courses are full, you require additional information or for another reason, log out of Studomat and seek assistance from your home department. For technical matters and issues relating to the enrolment process itself, contact the Student Administration Office or, depending on the issue and its solution, your department, which will provide further instructions. You may begin enrolling in courses and, ultimately, in the academic year in ISVU again by accessing Studomat once more.<\/p>\n

ISVU \u2013 Course Enrolment<\/h3>\n

Studomat is an ISVU module that enables the automated enrolment of compulsory and\/or elective courses exclusively in accordance with:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the rules on enrolment in a higher year of study (Article 54 of the Regulations on Study Programmes and Studying at Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek)<\/li>\n
  • the minimum and maximum permitted number of ECTS credits enrolled in within a study programme and semester (Article 49 of the Regulations on Study Programmes and Studying at Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek)<\/li>\n
  • the minimum and maximum number of ECTS credits that must be enrolled in from a particular elective course group, as defined by the study programme curriculum<\/li>\n
  • the number of available places in a course (enrolment quota)<\/li>\n
  • the rules, decisions and regulations of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Only courses included in the study programme curriculum may be enrolled in via Studomat. Any courses that a student wishes to enrol in outside the curriculum must be arranged through the Student Affairs Office.<\/p>\n

    The course enrolment procedure consists of several steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    FIRST LOGIN TO STUDOMAT<\/p>\n

      \n
    • log in to Studomat using the information obtained from the Information Centre (username \u2013 JMBAG and activation code)<\/li>\n
    • enter and confirm your password (6\u20138 characters)<\/li>\n
    • enter the required personal information<\/li>\n
    • select elective and\/or compulsory courses<\/li>\n
    • your course selection must comply with the ECTS credit quota rules displayed in the Studomat interface<\/li>\n
    • after selecting the desired courses, review your selection and then confirm your course enrolment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      EACH SUBSEQUENT LOGIN TO STUDOMAT<\/p>\n

        \n
      • log in to Studomat using your JMBAG and password<\/li>\n
      • select compulsory and\/or elective courses<\/li>\n
      • your course selection must comply with the ECTS credit quota rules displayed in the Studomat interface<\/li>\n
      • if it is not possible to meet the course enrolment quota by selecting courses from the designated semester, select courses from the following semester for which you meet the prerequisites (marked in Studomat with an orange arrow)<\/li>\n
      • after selecting the desired courses, review your selection and then confirm your course enrolment<\/li>\n
      •  after completing enrolment, check the enrolled courses once again<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Important Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • once you have confirmed and enrolled in the selected courses, you can no longer change your course selection solely through Studomat<\/li>\n
        • if you wish to change your selection, withdraw from a course and enrol in another one, you must contact the Student Affairs Office, where the enrolled course will be removed and the selected course added, subject to certain conditions.<\/li>\n
        • DUE TO FREQUENT CHANGES TO AND REMOVAL OF ENROLLED ELECTIVE COURSES, STUDENTS SHOULD CHECK THEIR STATUS IN STUDOMAT REGULARLY.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
