The <strong>Student Ombudsperson of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek<\/strong> is, first and foremost, a student who understands and follows all legislative changes related to studying and the quality of studies. In accordance with the law and the Statute, the Assembly of the Student Council elects the student ombudsperson for a term of one academic year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Student Ombudsperson:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>receives complaints from students concerning their rights and discusses them with the competent bodies of the Faculty,<\/li>\n<li>advises students on how to exercise their rights,<\/li>\n<li>may participate in disciplinary proceedings against students in order to protect their rights, and<\/li>\n<li>performs other duties stipulated by the Faculty Statute and the general acts of the University and the Faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Student Ombudsperson of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek: <strong>Nika Petovi\u0107<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Consultation hours: Wednesdays from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., by prior appointment or as otherwise agreed<\/p>\n<p>E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:nika.petovic39@gmail.com\" rel=\"noopener\">[nika.petovic39@gmail.com](mailto:nika.petovic39@gmail.com)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Please note that all communication with the Student Ombudsperson is strictly confidential.
