The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek maintains a database for monitoring the employability of graduates and continuously updates it. The database was last updated in November 2025.<\/p>\n

The graduate employability monitoring database is used for:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. modernising study programmes<\/li>\n
  2. better defining enrolment quotas and aligning them with labour market needs<\/li>\n
  3. organising student placements focused on labour market needs<\/li>\n
  4. better defining learning outcomes and competencies when developing new study programmes<\/li>\n
  5. informing graduates about activities and programmes organised at the Faculty<\/li>\n
  6. developing the alumni network<\/li>\n
  7. the work of the Career Centre (student career counselling, organisation of Career Week, etc.)<\/li>\n
  8. the work of the Alumni Association (organising activities in cooperation with graduates).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Closely related to the purposeful use of the graduate employability monitoring database is employers\u2019 assessment of graduates\u2019 preparedness for the labour market.<\/p>\n

    Employers can assess the preparedness for the labour market of our graduates who have been employed in their institutions for a period ranging from six months to five years after graduation by completing this form<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. Completed forms should be sent to kvaliteta@ffos.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n
