Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Q: When are Erasmus+ mobility calls published?<\/strong>
A: Calls for Erasmus+ mobility are usually published twice during the academic year, in the winter and summer semesters. Additional calls for specific types of mobility may also be published when necessary. All information is available on the University and Faculty websites and on FFOS social media channels.<\/p>\n

Q: Where can I find the list of partner institutions?<\/strong>
A: The list of higher education institutions with which Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek has concluded Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreements is published as part of each individual call on the University\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n

Q: What is BIP mobility and who can participate?<\/strong>
A: A BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) is a short international programme that combines virtual activities with a physical stay at a partner institution. Students and teaching staff may participate in such programmes, depending on the programme\u2019s topic and organisation. Activities usually include workshops, group work and interdisciplinary cooperation.<\/p>\n

Q: How long does BIP mobility last?<\/strong>
A: The physical part of the mobility usually lasts between 5 and 10 days, while virtual activities may be organised before or after the stay at the host institution. Participants earn ECTS credits during the programme and are entitled to Erasmus financial support.<\/p>\n

Q: Is financial support available for participation in BIP mobility?<\/strong>
A: Yes. BIP mobility participants receive financial support in accordance with the Erasmus+ rules for short-term mobility.<\/p>\n

Q: Can BIP mobility be undertaken after graduation?<\/strong>
A: No. Since a BIP programme includes the award of ECTS credits, the mobility must be undertaken while the participant still has student status.<\/p>\n

Q: Is it possible to apply for Erasmus without a C1 level of English?<\/strong>
A: It is possible to participate without a C1 language level. However, at least a B1 level in the language in which the classes or traineeship are conducted is recommended.<\/p>\n

Q: Can I coordinate Erasmus mobility with my obligations at FFOS?<\/strong>
A: In general, it is possible to coordinate obligations at FFOS with mobility, subject to prior agreement with the ECTS coordinators of the relevant Departments and the course instructors responsible for the courses.<\/p>\n

Q: How is the Online Learning Agreement completed correctly?
\n<\/strong>A: A video with instructions on how to complete the Learning Agreement through the Erasmus Dashboard is available at the following link: https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=paIKpHJvTlg<\/a><\/p>\n

Q: How are courses or a traineeship recognised after returning from mobility?<\/strong>
A: Courses completed during mobility and a completed traineeship are recognised on the basis of the previously agreed and signed Learning Agreement<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Q: Is it possible to undertake a short traineeship mobility period after graduation?<\/strong>
A: Yes. A short traineeship mobility period may be undertaken within one year after graduation, provided that the student applied for the call while they still had student status.<\/p>\n
