      rude and inappropriate behaviour<\/p>\n

      How can a report be submitted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A report is submitted by completing the Your Voice FFOS!<\/em><\/strong> form available at https:\/\/sokrat.ffos.hr\/tvoj-glas\/<\/a>, and providing the full name of the person submitting the report.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      How is it determined whether a report is well-founded?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A meeting of the Ethics Committee is convened, during which the person who submitted the report, the alleged offender, witnesses and other relevant participants provide their statements.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      How are sanctions imposed on the offender?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The Ethics Committee\u2019s decision establishing a violation of the Code of Ethics is submitted to the Dean, who is required to act in accordance with the Rules of Procedure on the Disciplinary Liability of Teachers and Associates.<\/p>\n

      False reports are also subject to sanctions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      How can a report be submitted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A written and officially registered report must be submitted to the Dean no later than three days after the violation was committed. In urgent cases, a report may exceptionally be submitted orally, provided that a written version is submitted within three days of the oral report.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      What should the report contain?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      a factual explanation<\/p>\n

      the place, time and manner in which the violation of obligations and\/or failure to fulfil obligations occurred<\/p>\n

      evidence of the violation of obligations and\/or failure to fulfil obligations<\/p>\n

      the signature of the person submitting the report.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Who may submit a report?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      A report may be submitted by any teacher or associate, student or other person with a justified legal interest.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      What does the disciplinary procedure involve? <\/strong><\/p>\n

      > the report is delivered to the student accused of inappropriate behaviour<\/p>\n

      > the student may submit a statement within three days<\/p>\n

      > the Dean decides whether the report is well-founded<\/p>\n

      > the report and the Dean\u2019s decision are submitted to the Disciplinary Tribunal<\/p>\n

      > the Disciplinary Tribunal issues its decision<\/p>\n

      > a written appeal is submitted to the Higher Disciplinary Tribunal<\/p>\n

      > the decision of the Higher Disciplinary Tribunal is final<\/p>\n
