{"id":122742,"date":"2021-01-21T11:43:53","date_gmt":"2021-01-21T10:43:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/pohvale-za-izvannastavne-aktivnosti\/"},"modified":"2026-08-04T15:19:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T13:19:07","slug":"commendations-for-extracurricular-activities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/en\/commendations-for-extracurricular-activities\/","title":{"rendered":"Commendations for Extracurricular Activities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In accordance with the Regulations on Student Awards and Commendations (Articles 11, 12, 13 and 14), the Committee for Granting Student Awards and Commendations publishes a call for the nomination of students for the Commendation for Extracurricular Activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each year, three students receive a commendation for extracurricular activities through which they have contributed to the reputation of the Faculty, such as international competitions, presentations at academic conferences, papers published in journals, participation in artistic or sports groups, work in student associations and similar activities.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nominees for the commendation must have a grade point average above 3.50 for all examinations passed.<\/li>\n<li>The commendation consists of a written plaque.<\/li>\n<li>A student may receive the Commendation for Extracurricular Activities only once during their studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The decision on granting the Commendation for Extracurricular Activities is made by the Faculty Council upon the proposal of the Committee for Granting Student Awards and Commendations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Candidates must submit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>a completed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Bodovna-tablica-za-izvannastavne-aktivnosti.docx\">application form<\/a> for nomination for the Commendation for Extracurricular Activities<\/li>\n<li>a curriculum vitae of up to one standard page (1,800 characters including spaces), containing information on education and a brief description of extracurricular activities and interests<\/li>\n<li>documentation proving the listed extracurricular activities and interests, such as confirmations, diplomas, certificates, official statements, copies of published papers and similar documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the Regulations on Student Awards and Commendations (Articles 11, 12, 13 and 14), the Committee for Granting Student Awards and Commendations publishes a call for the nomination of students for the Commendation for Extracurricular Activities.
