{"id":123555,"date":"2020-11-24T14:30:29","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T13:30:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/studiji-i-nastava\/"},"modified":"2026-08-14T13:12:30","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T11:12:30","slug":"studies-and-teaching","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/en\/studies-and-teaching\/","title":{"rendered":"Studies and Teaching"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Field Trip to Travnik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Friday, 22 May 2026, students of the Department of Croatian Language and Literature and the Department of Information Sciences, as well as doctoral students of the doctoral study programme Literature and Cultural Identity at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, participated in a field trip to Travnik under the guidance of Prof. Marica Liovi\u0107, PhD, and Prof. Kristina Peternai Andri\u0107, PhD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As has now become traditional, the field trip begins at Plava voda, at the so-called Sofra, because in the literary geography of Andri\u0107&#8217;s most extensive work, <em>Bosnian Chronicle<\/em>, this location represents both the opening and closing scene. Following an introductory section aimed at situating Travnik within the personal and professional biography of the writer Ivo Andri\u0107, we proceeded to the Nobel laureate&#8217;s birthplace, as the main purpose of the field trip is to visit the <em>Ivo Andri\u0107 Birth House<\/em> Memorial Museum. We were welcomed by senior curator Enes \u0160krgo, who guided us through the rooms of the birth house.
