Pedagogical, Psychological, Didactic and Methodological Training Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n

Notice on the First Admission Period in the 2026\/2027 Academic Year<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek is organising the first admission period for the Pedagogical, Psychological, Didactic and Methodological Training Programme (PPDMI) in the 2026\/2027 academic year. The Programme is intended for professionals without a teaching qualification who wish to become qualified to teach in primary and secondary schools and higher education institutions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Programme may be enrolled in by:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a) applicants who have completed a doctoral or specialist study programme<\/li>\n
  2. b) applicants who have completed a four-year or five-year university or professional graduate non-teaching study programme under the previous or the new (Bologna) system, as well as a two-year graduate non-teaching study programme under the new (Bologna) system or an integrated study programme designed in accordance with the Bologna system<\/li>\n
  3. c) applicants who have completed an undergraduate university or professional study programme and acquired at least 180 ECTS credits<\/li>\n
  4. d) applicants who have completed a grammar school programme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Each course included in the curriculum of the Pedagogical, Psychological, Didactic and Methodological Training Programme carries ECTS credits. Upon completion of the Programme, participants therefore acquire at least 55 ECTS credits in the field of pedagogical, psychological, didactic and methodological competences required for teaching in primary and secondary education institutions in accordance with the Act on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools<\/strong> (Official Gazette 87\/08, 86\/09, 92\/10, 105\/10, 90\/11, 5\/12, 16\/12, 86\/12, 94\/13, 136\/14,152\/14, 7\/17 and 68\/18), as well as for teaching at higher education institutions in accordance with the University Regulations on the Procedure for Appointment\/Reappointment to Academic Titles and Corresponding Positions<\/strong>, Chapter: General Pedagogical, Psychological and Didactic-Methodological Education, Article 31. Participants complete the Pedagogical, Psychological, Didactic and Methodological Training Programme by successfully passing the examinations in all courses included in the curriculum.<\/p>\n

    When enrolling, participants may choose one of the following two options:<\/p>\n

    1) attending classes in the classroom<\/p>\n

    2) attending classes via the distance learning system (online).<\/p>\n

    After all applicants have applied and enrolled, the mode of teaching will be determined based on the option selected by the majority of participants.<\/p>\n

    Through this application and by e-mail, all interested applicants can apply for and enrol in the Pedagogical, Psychological, Didactic and Methodological Training Programme. The list of required admission documents is prescribed by the PPDMI Regulations, available on the website at: https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/en\/lifelong-learning\/pedagogical-psychological-didactic-and-methodological-training\/documents\/<\/a><\/p>\n

    Applications and enrolment for the first cycle in the 2026\/2027 academic year begin on 4 May 2026<\/strong> and end on 21 August 2026<\/strong>, after which the online application system will be closed. All interested applicants may apply and enrol within this period through the online admission application. Late enrolment will not be possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    After an application has been received, the PPDMI Office will process the submitted information and notify the applicant of the status of their application by e-mail. Applicants enrol in the PPDMI Programme through this application after receiving confirmation that all required information has been entered correctly and all requested documents have been submitted. An application is considered complete only after the participant has entered and submitted all required and fully correct information and documents in the online application. The enrolment result will be visible after the PPDMI Office has processed the applicant\u2019s application.<\/p>\n

    Classes are organised at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek and via the distance learning system (online<\/em>) in real time on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., according to the class timetable.<\/p>\n

    The Programme fee is EUR 1,250.00 and may be paid in five instalments. The fee also includes the issuance of a certificate of completion of the Pedagogical, Psychological, Didactic and Methodological Training Programme.<\/p>\n

    Payment of the Programme fee:<\/p>\n

    1. an instalment of EUR 250.00 by 30 September 2026<\/li>\n
    2. an instalment of EUR 250.00 by 31 October 2026<\/li>\n
    3. an instalment of EUR 250.00 by 30 November 2026<\/li>\n
    4. an instalment of EUR 250.00 by 31 December 2026<\/li>\n
    5. an instalment of EUR 250.00 by 15 February 2027.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Programme fee is paid after the invoice has been sent to the participant\u2019s e-mail address, by the due date of each instalment, to the Faculty\u2019s IBAN: HR8423600001102484368, with the reference number being the participant\u2019s OIB or the number stated on the invoice.<\/p>\n

      In the first admission cycle of the 2026\/2027 academic year, classes begin on 5 September 2026<\/strong> at 9:00 a.m.<\/strong> The class timetable will be published on the PPDMI Programme website before the beginning of classes and sent to all enrolled participants by e-mail.<\/p>\n

      On 5 September 2026<\/strong> at 8:30 a.m.<\/strong>, a welcome session for all participants will be organised via the distance learning system (online<\/em>). All enrolled participants will be informed in due time by e-mail about how to access the online system.<\/p>\n
