When does enrolment in the PPDMI Programme take place?<\/strong><\/p>\n Enrolment in the Programme takes place during two admission periods each year. The first admission period takes place at the beginning of September, and the second at the end of January \/ beginning of February. Information about each admission period is published on the website of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and on the PPDMI Programme website.<\/p>\n How do I enrol in the PPDMI Programme?<\/strong><\/p>\n Enrolment in the Programme is carried out through an online application. To enrol in the PPDMI Programme, participants must access the online application available in the main enrolment notice. The first step is registration, followed by application and, finally, enrolment. At each step, participants must follow the instructions and submit all required documents.<\/p>\n What is the Programme fee?<\/strong><\/p>\n The Programme fee is EUR 1,250.00 per participant.<\/p>\n Can the Programme fee be paid in instalments?<\/strong><\/p>\n The Programme fee may be paid in four instalments.\u00a0<\/strong>The payment dates for each individual instalment are specified in the main PPDMI enrolment notice.<\/p>\n If I withdraw from the Programme after classes have begun, do I still have to pay the full Programme fee?<\/strong><\/p>\n As each participant signs a contract upon enrolment in the PPDMI Programme, all contractual obligations must be fulfilled.<\/p>\n Where can I find information about the structure and content of the PPDMI Programme?<\/strong><\/p>\n The PPDMI Programme is described in the PPDMI Programme Study<\/em>, available on the PPDMI website at: https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/en\/lifelong-learning\/pedagogical-psychological-didactic-and-methodological-training\/documents\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n How long does the PPDMI Programme last?<\/strong><\/p>\n The PPDMI Programme is designed so that its courses are distributed across two semesters, although the Programme is delivered as a single unit. This means that all requirements may be completed earlier because teaching is organised in a concentrated, cumulative format, and examinations are taken immediately after the completion of each individual course. Completion of the Programme also depends on the participant\u2019s work and engagement, including regular completion of examinations and fulfilment of the requirements of the School Placement course.<\/p>\n When are classes held?<\/strong><\/p>\n Classes are held on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., according to the class timetable available on the PPDMI website.<\/p>\n Is attendance compulsory every Saturday and how many absences are permitted?<\/strong><\/p>\n Attendance is compulsory, as stipulated in Article 10 of the PPDMI Regulations. In the event of a justified absence, participants must contact the teacher responsible for the course.<\/p>\n If I choose to attend classes online, how many times will I have to come to Osijek?<\/strong><\/p>\n Participants who attend classes online may complete all Programme requirements online.<\/p>\n Are recorded lectures available to online participants if they are unable to attend the lectures at the scheduled time?<\/strong><\/p>\n Yes. Recordings of lectures held on the previous Saturday may be viewed during the following week, from Monday at 9:00 a.m. until Saturday at 8:00 a.m.<\/p>\n Are examinations also organised online, or do participants have to come to Osijek to take them?<\/strong><\/p>\n The examination method for each course is specified in the PPDMI Programme Study<\/em> (in the course descriptions) and in the Teaching Plan. The examination method is agreed with the teacher responsible for the course. As a rule, participants who attend classes online also take their examinations online.<\/p>\n Who can enrol in the PPDMI Programme?<\/strong><\/p>\n The PPDMI Programme may be enrolled in by:<\/p>\n a) applicants who have completed a postgraduate university or specialist study programme<\/p>\n b) applicants who have completed a four-year or five-year university or professional graduate non-teaching study programme under the previous or the new (Bologna) system, as well as a two-year graduate non-teaching study programme under the new (Bologna) system or an integrated study programme designed in accordance with the Bologna system<\/p>\n c) applicants who have completed an undergraduate university or professional study programme and acquired at least 180 ECTS credits<\/p>\n d) applicants who have completed a grammar school programme.<\/p>\n I am in the second year of the double-major graduate study programme in Croatian Language and Literature (teacher education track) and German Language and Literature (translation track). I would like to know the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n The PPDMI Programme may be enrolled in and attended while completing the study programme specified above. In this case, enrolment in the Programme is based on a certificate\/diploma confirming completion of an undergraduate university study programme in which the participant acquired at least 180 ECTS credits.<\/p>\n If a course completed by a participant as part of a study programme at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek or another higher education institution in the Republic of Croatia corresponds in content and scope to a course offered within the PPDMI Programme, there is a possibility of having the examination recognised.<\/p>\n During application and enrolment in the PPDMI Programme through the online application, the participant submits an application for the recognition of examinations, on which the teacher responsible for the relevant course ultimately decides.
