Become familiar with the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #b72026; text-decoration: underline;\">activities of the institution<\/span><\/span>\/organisation and briefly describe its work.<br \/>\n2. Become familiar with the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #b72026; text-decoration: underline;\">psychologist&#8217;s job description and responsibilities<\/span><\/span> within the institution and describe them.<br \/>\n3. Become familiar with the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #b72026; text-decoration: underline;\">basic laws and legal provisions<\/span><\/span> governing the work of psychologists in that particular position (if such legal provisions exist).<br \/>\n4. Become familiar with the structure of the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #b72026; text-decoration: underline;\">institution&#8217;s users<\/span><\/span> (age, gender, reason for seeking services, etc.) and briefly describe it.<br \/>\n5. Become familiar with and describe the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #b72026; text-decoration: underline;\">methods used by psychologists in working with users<\/span><\/span> (diagnostic assessment, counselling, other forms of individual work, group work, etc.), and participate in work with users together with the psychologist \u2013 practice mentor in all circumstances in which this is ethically justified and for which users have given their consent.<br \/>\n6. Discuss with the psychologist \u2013 practice mentor the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #b72026; text-decoration: underline;\">ethical aspects of the work<\/span>,<\/span> the most common needs of users, as well as the <span style=\"color: #b72026;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">theories, skills and values<\/span><\/span> that guide their work \u2013 briefly describe them.<br \/>\n7.
