Pursuant to Article 28 of the Statute of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek and Article 3 of the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Awarding Funds for Research Projects from the Research Fund of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, at its 6th regular session in the 2025\/2026 academic year, held on 25 March 2026, under item 24 of the agenda, the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (hereinafter: the Faculty Council), hereby adopts the following<\/p>\n

DECISION<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek hereby announces a Call for Applications for the funding of two one-year research projects.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Associates employed as teaching assistants or senior teaching assistants at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, as well as doctoral students enrolled in a doctoral study programme at the Faculty, may apply to the Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision as project leaders.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision is open until 27 April 2026. Applications must be submitted using the form that constitutes an integral part of this Decision and is available on the Faculty\u2019s website.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Applications must be submitted by the deadline specified in point 3 of this Decision by email to the Department for Projects and Sustainable Development of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek at znanost@ffos.hr.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. The total budget of an individual application submitted under the Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision may not exceed EUR 2,600.00.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Applications submitted under the Call will be evaluated in accordance with the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Awarding Funds for Research Projects from the Research Fund of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. The Decision announcing the Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision will be published on the Faculty\u2019s website.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. This Decision enters into force on the date of its adoption.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Explanation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Pursuant to Article 3 of the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Awarding Funds for Research Projects from the Research Fund of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, the Faculty Council has decided as stated in the operative part of this Decision. <\/strong><\/p>\n
