{"id":124379,"date":"2026-06-11T10:41:02","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T08:41:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/119746\/"},"modified":"2026-08-20T09:35:20","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T07:35:20","slug":"invitation-to-participate-in-a-short-term-exchange-in-timisoara-romania-from-19-to-23-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/en\/invitation-to-participate-in-a-short-term-exchange-in-timisoara-romania-from-19-to-23-october\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation to Participate in a Short-Term Exchange in Timi\u0219oara, Romania, from 19 to 23 October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Invitation to Participate in a Short-Term Exchange in Timi\u0219oara, Romania, from 19 to 23 October 2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>All students of German Language and Literature who have a command of German at B1 level or higher according to the CEFR are invited to apply for short-term mobility within the BIP \u201cSprachliche und kulturelle Vielfalt im Banat: Geschichte und Gegenwart\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>By participating in the BIP, you can expect:<br \/>\n&#8211; an international exchange experience<br \/>\n&#8211; interactive lectures by experts<br \/>\n&#8211; interdisciplinary workshops on language, literature, and memory culture<br \/>\n&#8211; work with authentic materials<br \/>\n&#8211; group work in an international environment<br \/>\n&#8211; participation in research according to your own interests<\/p>\n<p>By participating in the BIP, students will:<br \/>\n&#8211; become familiar with the complexity of linguistic diversity and the regional culture of Banat and neighbouring regions<br \/>\n&#8211; gain awareness of the effects of multilingualism and the relationship between identity and cultural memory<br \/>\n&#8211; improve their intercultural competences and teamwork skills<br \/>\n&#8211; improve their presentation skills in an international environment<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the BIP entitles students to 3 ECTS credits.<\/p>\n<p>All interested students may contact Assistant Professor Stephanie Jug, PhD, by 1 October 2026 at sjug@ffos.hr.
