A total of 52 employees took part, including both teaching and non-teaching staff. The gathering was held at the &#8220;Ivica i Marica&#8221; rural estate in Karanac, with the aim of encouraging team spirit and mutual cooperation among Faculty employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participants departed at 8:30 a.m., and upon arrival at the destination, a group breakfast was organised, providing an opportunity for informal socialising and conversation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team1-1024x579.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-119818 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team1-1024x579.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"579\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team1-1024x579.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team1-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team1-768x434.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team1.jpg 1313w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afterwards, participants were able to choose activities according to their own interests and preferences. A variety of options were available, including taking part in a pub quiz, playing Belote, walking through the hills of nearby Bansko brdo, or simply talking and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-119819 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"473\" height=\"355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team2.jpg 473w, https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 473px) 100vw, 473px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At 3:00 p.m., a group lunch was organised, during which participants shared their impressions of the activities, after which they returned to Osijek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-119820 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"449\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team3.jpg 449w, https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/team3-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This team-building event provided an excellent opportunity for employees to connect outside their everyday work responsibilities and to strengthen cooperation and a sense of community among members of the Faculty.
