As part of Psychology Week<\/strong>, the Centre for Mental Health and Physical Activity is organising Mali trk (Short Run)<\/strong> on Saturday, 14 March<\/strong>, a symbolic group run aimed at encouraging mental health awareness and highlighting the importance of physical activity in everyday life.<\/p>\n

The run starts at 10:00 a.m. at the Pablo Picasso monument<\/strong>, and participants will run 3 kilometres<\/strong> together at an easy pace, from the Picasso monument to the road bridge and back.<\/p>\n

This is not a competitive event \u2013 there will be no timing or rankings. Instead, the emphasis is on togetherness, movement and mutual support.<\/p>\n

During the event, participants will be able to make voluntary donations at the stand of Psihos, the Psychology Student Club of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, to support the beneficiaries of the Centre for Missing and Exploited Children.<\/p>\n

Another special feature of this event is the unique race bibs decorated by children from the Centre for Missing and Exploited Children. They will be distributed from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m.<\/p>\n

Mali trk also serves as an introduction to the larger \u201cRun for Mental Health\u201d race, which will take place in October to mark World Mental Health Day.<\/p>\n

We invite all students, staff and interested members of the public to join us \u2013 whether as runners, walkers or supporters \u2013 and take a small but important step for mental health together.<\/p>\n
