The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek invites you to the International Interdisciplinary 4th Congress of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek: “Perspectives of Society, Science and Art in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”. The Congress will be held on 5 and 6 December 2024 at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek. This year’s Congress is also co-organised by the Centre for Scientific Work in Vinkovci of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
INTER_CON 2024 brings together 59 participants, and this year’s programme also includes three plenary lectures to be delivered by: Steve Watson from the University of Cambridge (5 December at 10:00 a.m.), Časlav Livada from Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (6 December at 10:00 a.m.) and Gordana Tkalec from the University North (6 December at 2:00 p.m.).
In addition to the regular presentations by participants, the Congress programme also includes the following activities: an exhibition of poster presentations (room 39), a workshop for students AI in the Classroom: The Future of Learning Today (5 December at 3:15 p.m.) and a panel discussion on the challenges and perspectives of artificial intelligence (5 December at 3:15 p.m.).
