About the Programme
German Language Learning Programme for Higher Education Teaching
The programme is intended for higher education teachers, whereby the term higher education teachers refers to persons holding academic, teaching, and associate positions and employed within the science and higher education system. The programme is also intended for participants outside the higher education system who wish to acquire the skills necessary to teach in German at the higher education level. The programme consists of five modules, and upon successful completion, participants will have acquired sufficient knowledge and skills to prepare and deliver classes in their respective subjects in German.
The mission of the “German Language Learning for Higher Education Teaching” programme is to provide higher education teachers with an opportunity to improve their German as a foreign language competences.
The programme offers five modules, which are attended in the following order:

Admission requirements: The programme is open to persons who have completed at least a graduate degree in a field other than German studies.
