doc. dr. sc. Ivana Perkušić

Asst. Prof. Ivana Perkušić, PhD, is a Research Associate and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, Department of Sociology, where she works in the interdisciplinary fields of economics and communication sciences.

Her research interests include organizational communication, management and media, with an emphasis on the education and healthcare systems and the quality of life of older people. Her research focuses on topics such as media competencies, managerial skills in crisis situations, and the impact of information and communication technologies on education and society. She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific papers and actively participates in national and international academic conferences.

In addition to her academic career, Ivana Perkušić has extensive experience in the education and public sectors: she served as the principal of an elementary school, as a senior adviser for primary education at the Education and Teacher Training Agency, and as Head of the Administrative Department for Healthcare, Social Welfare and Croatian Veterans of Osijek-Baranja County.
