Procedure and Requirements for the Issuance of a Certificate of Equivalence of Professional Titles
The procedure for issuing a certificate of equivalence of professional titles acquired under the regulations in force before the entry into force of the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education with the corresponding academic and professional titles in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education and the Act on Academic and Professional Titles and Academic Degrees is initiated upon the written request of the interested person. The applicant submits a written request to the Office for Students and Study Programmes. The request must include:
- the applicant’s full name
- the applicant’s full address and telephone/mobile phone number
- the applicant’s date and place of birth
- the date of graduation
- the professional title stated in the diploma
- the date of issue of the diploma and the diploma registration number.
The Faculty is required to complete the procedure for issuing the certificate within 30 days of receiving the request.
