1. Faculty elective courses that are not part of the study programme implementation plans are enrolled in accordance with the Decision on Elective Courses at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek (attached)
> as elective courses through which the required number of ECTS credits is obtained only if this is specified in the Department’s note in the study programme implementation plan
> as elective courses through which the student earns additional ECTS credits – in addition to the required number of ECTS credits already enrolled
2. the student submits a request to enrol in Faculty elective courses that are not part of the study programme implementation plans by e-mail to the ECTS coordinators of the organisational units responsible for the student’s study programmes
3. the ECTS coordinators verify whether the request is justified in relation to the semester/annual ECTS credits specified in the study programme implementation plan and the Decision on Elective Courses at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek
4. if enrolment is justified and acceptable with regard to the above criteria, the ECTS coordinator informs Suzana Perić Stivi at [spericstivi@ffos.hr](mailto:spericstivi@ffos.hr) that the student may be enrolled in the course.
Pursuant to the Regulations on Studies and Studying, elective courses may be dropped/enrolled in during the first two weeks of classes, i.e. from 23 February to 6 March.
