As part of the cooperation between our Faculty and the Institute for Danube Swabian History and Regional Studies (IdGL) in Tübingen, Germany, a call for participation in the summer school “Neue Forschungen zu Erinnerung in Ostmittel- und Südosteuropa / New Research on Memory in East-Central and Southeastern Europe” has been forwarded to doctoral students, as well as other colleagues and potentially students. Travel expenses will be covered in full, as will part of the accommodation and subsistence costs. The target group primarily consists of doctoral students, but postdoctoral researchers (up to six years after obtaining their doctoral degree) and highly motivated graduate students are also eligible to apply.
The application deadline is 30 April, and the summer school will be held from 14 to 17 July 2026 at the University of Tübingen. All other details are available here:
