Dear students,
The Department of German Language and Literature is participating in the organisation of the BIP Sprachliche und kulturelle Vielfalt im Banat: Geschichte und Gegenwart.
The BIP consists of a virtual component, which will take place in the form of 3–4 online meetings in the evening, and physical mobility in Timișoara from 20 to 24 April 2026.
Financial support from the University is available through the open Erasmus+ call.
Participation in the BIP is worth 3 ECTS credits. A B1 level of German is required to participate in the BIP.
The host university of the BIP (Universitatea de Vest din Timisoara) will provide accommodation in a student residence for four students enrolled in study programmes within the Department of German Language and Literature.
In addition to the universities of Osijek and Timișoara, students from the University of Graz, the University of Novi Sad and the University of Pilsen will also participate in the exchange.
