Based on the 2026–2027 EU Missions Work Programme, the following calls for project proposals under the Cancer Mission will open on 10 February 2026:
* Supporting the implementation of the Cancer Mission – HORIZON-MISS-2026-02 – call opening: 10 February 2026, call deadline: 15 September 2026 – 7 topics (Announcement of 2026 Calls for Cluster 1 Health and the EU Mission on Cancer under Horizon Europe).
Faculty staff may apply to the 2026 Cluster 1: Health calls and the EU Cancer Mission calls, but only as part of international consortia, as these are collaborative projects under Horizon Europe.

- cultural and creative industries
- communication, education, and the social impacts of technology.
