As part of the cooperation between our Faculty and the Institute for Danube Swabian History and Regional Studies (IdGL) in Tübingen, Germany, we invite you to participate in the summer school “New Research on Memory in East-Central and Southeastern Europe / Neue Forschungen zu Erinnerung in Ostmittel- und Südosteuropa”, which will take place from 14 to 17 July 2026 at the University of Tübingen.
Although the primary language of the summer school is German, presentations may also be given in English. Travel expenses are fully covered, as are part of the accommodation and living expenses. The summer school is primarily intended for doctoral students, but postdoctoral researchers (up to six years after obtaining their doctoral degree) and highly motivated graduate students are also welcome to apply.
