Information for Students – After Mobility

This page is intended for students who have completed Erasmus+ mobility and contains detailed instructions on the obligations and steps that must be completed upon their return.

After each mobility period, the student is required to personally submit the final documentation to the Office for International and Inter-University Cooperation and contact the Faculty’s Student Administration Office so that the mobility can be recognised and recorded in the Diploma Supplement.

Important: If the mobility period is shortened by more than 5 days, the financial support will be reduced according to the number of days by which the mobility was shortened. If the total duration of long-term mobility is shorter than 2 months, the student is required to return all funds received.
