Digital Competences in Education
Notice on the Enrolment Period for the 2024/2025 Academic Year
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek is organising enrolment for the Digital Competences in Education Programme (DIKOBRAZ) in the 2024/2025 academic year. The Programme is intended to enable participants to acquire specific knowledge, skills and abilities in programming and the application of digital tools in a multimedia educational environment.
The Programme is open to:
a) applicants who have completed a four-year or five-year university graduate programme under the previous system or under the new Bologna system, as well as a two-year graduate programme under the Bologna system or a programme designed as an integrated study programme under the Bologna system
b) applicants who have completed an undergraduate university or professional study programme and obtained a minimum of 180 ECTS credits
c) applicants who have completed secondary education (vocational teachers and teaching associates in vocational education institutions).
Each course included in the DIKOBRAZ curriculum carries ECTS credits, which means that upon completion of the Programme participants earn 21 ECTS credits in the field of digital competences. Participants complete the Digital Competences in Education Programme by successfully passing the examinations in all courses included in the curriculum.
Applicants wishing to enrol in the DIKOBRAZ Programme must apply via the online application available at the following link: https://dikobraz-upisi.ffos.hr/
Through this application and e-mail, all interested applicants can apply and enrol in the Digital Competences in Education Programme.
Applications and enrolment for 2024/2025 begin on 25 September 2024 and end on 14 February 2025, after which the enrolment application will be closed. All interested applicants may apply and enrol within this period via the online enrolment application. Subsequent enrolment will not be possible.
Once an application has been received, the Student Administration Office will process the information and notify the applicant of the status of their application by e-mail. The applicant enrols in DIKOBRAZ through this application after receiving notification that all required information has been correctly entered and all required documents submitted. An application is considered complete only after the participant has entered and submitted all required and fully valid information and documents in the online application. The enrolment result will be visible once the Student Administration Office has processed the applicant’s application.
Classes are organised online in real time on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., according to the class schedule.

The Programme fee is EUR 665.00 and may be paid in two instalments. The fee also includes the issuance of a certificate of completion of the Digital Competences in Education Programme.
Payment of the Programme fee:
- First instalment in the amount of EUR 332.50 by 15 March 2025.
- Second instalment in the amount of EUR 332.50 by 15 May 2025.
The Programme fee is payable after the invoice has been delivered to the participant’s home/e-mail address, by the due date of each individual instalment, to the IBAN of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences: HR8423600001102484368, payment reference number – the participant’s OIB (Personal Identification Number) or the number stated on the invoice.
In the 2024/2025 enrolment cycle, classes begin on 22 February 2025 at 8:30 a.m. The class schedule will be published on the DIKOBRAZ Programme website before the start of classes and sent to all enrolled participants by e-mail. All enrolled participants will be informed in due time by e-mail about how to log in to the online system. If an insufficient number of participants enrol, the Programme will not be held in the current academic year.
