Pursuant to Article 28 of the Statute of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek and Article 3 of the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Allocating Funds for Scientific Research Projects from the Research Fund of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (hereinafter: the Faculty Council), at its 6th regular session in the 2025/2026 academic year, held on 25 March 2026, under item 24 of the agenda, adopted the following
DECISION
- The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek announces a Call for Funding Two One-Year Scientific Research Projects.
- Eligible applicants for the Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision, in the capacity of project leaders, are associates appointed to the position of assistant or senior assistant at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek and doctoral students enrolled in a doctoral programme at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek.
- The Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision is open until 27 April 2026, and applications must be submitted by completing the form that constitutes an integral part of this Decision and is available on the Faculty’s website.
- Applications for the Call must be submitted by the date specified in point 3 of this Decision by email to the Department for Projects and Sustainable Development of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek at znanost@ffos.hr.
- The total budget of an individual application submitted under the Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision may not exceed EUR 2,600.00.
- Applications submitted under the Call will be evaluated in accordance with the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Allocating Funds for Scientific Research Projects from the Research Fund of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek.
- The Decision on announcing the Call referred to in point 1 of this Decision will be published on the Faculty’s website.
- This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
Explanation
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Regulations on the Conditions and Procedure for Allocating Funds for Scientific Research Projects from the Research Fund of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, the Faculty Council has decided as set out in the operative part of this Decision.
