This Call will contribute to the development of a system for preventing and combating discrimination by strengthening the capacities of civil society organisations and professionals who work with and/or come into contact with victims of discrimination, as well as by providing support to victims of discrimination and persons at risk of discrimination.

The applicant must be one of the following legal entities (and areas of activity):
- Association – established, registered and operating in accordance with the Associations Act (Official Gazette 74/14, 70/17, 98/19, 151/22), for which the Register of Associations indicates the following area of activity:
7. Human Rights, activity: 7.9. Protection of the Rights of National Minorities and/or 7.11. Other Activities in the Field of the Exercise and Protection of Human Rights and/or 7.5. Combating and Protection against Discrimination, within the detailed classification of activities: 7.5.2. Combating Racial Discrimination and/or 7.5.6. Protection of the Rights of Young People and/or 7.5.7. Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and/or 7.5.9. Rights of Older Persons and/or 7.5.16. Protection of the Rights of Asylum Seekers, Persons Granted Asylum and Foreign Nationals under Subsidiary Protection and/or 7.5.17. Protection of the Rights of Sexual and Gender Minorities and/or 7.5.19. Other Activities Related to Combating and Protection against Discrimination;
and/or
9.1.6. Education for the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights
– on the date of publication of the Call, it must have been registered to carry out activities in the Republic of Croatia for at least 12 months.
