Request for Access to Information
The request is submitted to the public authority, which is required to decide on the request (provide the information or restrict access in whole or in part by issuing a decision) within 15 days from the date of submission of a complete request.
The user may submit the request in writing (including by email to scurcic@ffos.hr):

or orally (in person for entry into the official records / Room 19 on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
A written request shall contain:
- the name and registered office of the public authority to which the request is submitted,
- information relevant for identifying the requested information (description of the information),
- the full name and address of the natural person submitting the request, or the company name, i.e. the name and registered office of the legal person.
The applicant is not required to state the reasons for requesting access to the information, nor are they required to refer to the application of this Act.
No administrative or court fees are charged for access to information in proceedings before public authorities.
In the event of an incomplete or unintelligible request, the public authority shall, without delay, invite the applicant to correct it within five days from the date of receipt of the request for correction. If the applicant fails to correct the request appropriately, and the submitted request does not make it possible to determine with certainty which information is being requested, the public authority shall reject the request by issuing a decision.
