The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek maintains a database for monitoring the employability of graduates and continuously updates it. The database was last updated in November 2025.
The graduate employability monitoring database is used for:
- modernising study programmes
- better defining enrolment quotas and aligning them with labour market needs
- organising student placements focused on labour market needs
- better defining learning outcomes and competencies when developing new study programmes
- informing graduates about activities and programmes organised at the Faculty
- developing the alumni network
- the work of the Career Centre (student career counselling, organisation of Career Week, etc.)
- the work of the Alumni Association (organising activities in cooperation with graduates).
Closely related to the purposeful use of the graduate employability monitoring database is employers’ assessment of graduates’ preparedness for the labour market.
Employers can assess the preparedness for the labour market of our graduates who have been employed in their institutions for a period ranging from six months to five years after graduation by completing this form. Completed forms should be sent to kvaliteta@ffos.hr.
