University Graduate Double-Major Study Programme in English Language and Literature – Teacher Education Track
Admission requirements
The programme is open to students who have completed an undergraduate study programme in English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek or at another related higher education institution in Croatia or abroad and have acquired 180 ECTS credits. The programme is taken in combination with another graduate study programme offered by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek.

University Graduate Double-Major Study Programme in English Language and Literature – Translation Track
Admission requirements
The programme is open to students who have completed an undergraduate study programme in English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek or at another related higher education institution in Croatia or abroad and have acquired 180 ECTS credits. If necessary, applicants whose first language is not Croatian will be required to take an entrance examination assessing their knowledge and skills as one of the admission criteria. The programme may be taken as a double-major programme in combination with other double-major graduate study programmes offered by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek, particularly the graduate translation programme offered by the Department of German Studies or the graduate study programme in Croatian Language and Literature.
NB: According to national standards in the Republic of Croatia, admission to the undergraduate study programme in English requires passing the higher-level English language State Matura examination (CEFR B2); upon completion of the undergraduate study programme in English, students attain CEFR level C1, and upon completion of the graduate study programme, CEFR level C2.
