*The purpose of the scholarships and application deadlines:*

* the *Hungarian Studies programme* is intended for foreign students majoring in Hungarian and young graduates interested in Hungary, Hungarian culture and Hungarian Studies, with the aim of improving their Hungarian language proficiency and knowledge of Hungarian Studies (number of available places: 60)

– *application deadline: 26 March 2026*;

* the *Hungarian Language and Cultural Studies programme* is intended for young people of Hungarian descent living in the Western diaspora (primarily in countries of the Northern Hemisphere), with the aim of strengthening their identity through the development and deepening of their Hungarian language proficiency and their knowledge of Hungary (number of available places: 25) – *application deadline: 31 March 2026*;

* the *Literary Translation programme* is intended for foreign citizens who are interested in and committed to Hungarian literature and literary translation, with the aim of developing their literary knowledge and Hungarian language proficiency and introducing them to the practice of literary translation (number of available places: 10) – *application deadline:*
