On Friday, 5 June 2026, a team-building event was organised for employees of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek. A total of 52 employees took part, including both teaching and non-teaching staff. The gathering was held at the “Ivica i Marica” rural estate in Karanac, with the aim of encouraging team spirit and mutual cooperation among Faculty employees.
The participants departed at 8:30 a.m., and upon arrival at the destination, a group breakfast was organised, providing an opportunity for informal socialising and conversation.
Afterwards, participants were able to choose activities according to their own interests and preferences. A variety of options were available, including taking part in a pub quiz, playing Belote, walking through the hills of nearby Bansko brdo, or simply talking and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere.
At 3:00 p.m., a group lunch was organised, during which participants shared their impressions of the activities, after which they returned to Osijek.
This team-building event provided an excellent opportunity for employees to connect outside their everyday work responsibilities and to strengthen cooperation and a sense of community among members of the Faculty. It undoubtedly contributed to stronger interpersonal relationships and to the overall creation of a positive working atmosphere.
