Notice on the Enrolment Period for the 2025/2026 Academic Year
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek is organising enrolment for the Applied Methodology for Research and Development Programme in the 2025/2026 academic year. Applications and enrolment for 2025/2026 begin on 4 September 2025 and end on 2 February 2026.
The programme is intended for all participants engaged in scientific research and is open to persons who have completed at least an undergraduate degree in any field. The aim of the programme is to provide participants with professional development in statistics and methodology applicable to scientific and economic purposes. Upon completion of the Programme, participants will be able to plan research with predefined objectives, problems and hypotheses, prepare databases using the SPSS software package, process data using appropriate statistical procedures, and interpret research results.
The Programme awards 10 ECTS credits.
The Programme consists of 32 hours of instruction, comprising 19 hours of lectures and 13 hours of practical exercises. Classes are held in person and/or online in the (virtual) classrooms of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek.

The Programme fee is EUR 465.00. The fee also includes the issuance of a certificate of completion of the Applied Methodology for Research and Development Programme. The minimum number of participants is 10. If an insufficient number of participants enrol, the Programme will not be held in the current academic year.
The Programme fee is payable within 8 days after the invoice has been delivered to the participant’s home/e-mail address, to the IBAN of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences: HR8423600001102484368, payment reference number – the participant’s OIB (Personal Identification Number) or the number stated on the invoice.
In the 2025/2026 enrolment cycle, classes will be held during February 2026. The class schedule will be published on the Programme website before the start of classes.
