Enrolment rooms: classrooms 15 and 16. Before enrolment begins, students will be called and directed to classroom 15, where the first part of the enrolment procedure will take place. They will then proceed to classroom 16, where they will complete the electronic enrolment and finalise the enrolment procedure.
Autumn enrolment period

Applicants who fail to report for enrolment on time will not be able to enrol subsequently. In justified cases, another person may enrol an applicant on their behalf with a certified power of attorney for enrolment.
Applicants who do not have their State Matura certificate at the time of enrolment are required to submit it by the beginning of classes.
ADDITIONAL ENROLMENT INFORMATION:
Applicants must bring the following documents to enrolment:
– original State Matura certificate
– copy of their identity card (both sides)
– two photographs (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm): for the student record and student ID card
– proof of payment of enrolment fees
– proof of payment of tuition fees in the amount of EUR 960.00 – to be submitted by students who previously studied in the Republic of Croatia as full-time students and have already changed their chosen study programme once while retaining the right to full tuition fee subsidy
– applicants who are not citizens of the European Union must submit a Decision on the Recognition of a Foreign Educational Qualification
– applicants who are athletes must bring a completed Form 2 – Sports Record to enrolment.
Enrolment fees
The enrolment fee, enrolment materials fee and student ID card issuance fee must be paid in a single payment and amount to EUR 58.70 (EUR 40.00 for enrolment materials + EUR 7.00 for projects of the Student Council of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek + EUR 11.70 for the student ID card issuance fee)

Tuition fees
Students enrolling in the first year of a university undergraduate study programme for the first time do not pay a contribution towards the costs of study in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia. Students have the right to change their chosen study programme once while retaining the right to full tuition fee subsidy:
- if this is their first change of study programme at a particular level of higher education (undergraduate or graduate)
- if they obtained at least 55 ECTS credits in the previous academic year (or at least 30 ECTS credits for students with a recognised disability of at least 60%)
- if they have not obtained a qualification at that level of higher education (undergraduate or graduate)
- if the study programme is not taught in a foreign language
The tuition fee amounts to EUR 960.00.
Applicants who are not citizens of the European Union are required to pay an annual tuition fee of EUR 2,500.00, except for citizens of Ukraine and the Republic of North Macedonia, whose studies are tuition-free.

Tuition fees may be paid via online banking, using a standard payment slip, or by Diners Club, Mastercard, Maestro or Visa credit cards (the cards must support instalment payments) at the Office for Financial Affairs and Accounting.
Opportunity cost fee
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Rules on the Requirements, Application Procedure, Conduct of Entrance Examinations and Ranking of Applicants for Study Programmes, applicants who do not enrol in a study programme for which they have obtained the right to enrol and received an enrolment number will be charged an opportunity cost fee for the unfilled enrolment place, amounting to between one and two thirds of the student’s annual contribution towards the costs of study, as determined by the higher education institution. The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek has adopted a decision on charging an opportunity cost fee for an unfilled enrolment place, according to which the fee amounts to EUR 640.00.
Applicants who do not pay the opportunity cost fee will not be able to apply again for a study programme at the same level through the NISpVU system. They will be allowed to apply again once the opportunity cost fee has been paid.
