The new edition of the Osijek literary forum kOSt will host writer Josip Cvenić.
Josip Cvenić (1952) is a prominent Osijek-based writer with an extensive body of work, including several poetry collections, short story collections, novels, screenplays, and fables. He has received numerous awards in Croatia and abroad for his poetry, screenplays, and novels. This year, he received the “Josip and Ivan Kozarac” Lifetime Achievement Award, so the kOSt forum will focus on a conversation with the author about his entire body of work and this award.
The conversation with the author will take place on Friday, 21 November, starting at 5:30 p.m., in the Library of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek (4 Školska Street). The moderator and organiser of the Osijek literary forum kOSt is Livija Reškovac from the Croatian Writers’ Association, and the event is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia.
