Procedure for Enrolling in Faculty Elective Courses That Are Not Part of the Study Programme Implementation Plans

Faculty elective courses that are not part of the study programme implementation plans are enrolled in accordance with the Decision on Elective Courses at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek (https://www.ffos.unios.hr/pravilnici-i-odluke-uss/)

> as elective courses through which students earn the required number of ECTS credits only if this is specified in the Department’s note in the study programme implementation plan

> as elective courses through which students earn additional ECTS credits – beyond the required number of ECTS credits already enrolled in

students must submit a request to enrol in faculty elective courses that are not part of the study programme implementation plans by email to the ECTS coordinators of the organisational units responsible for their study programmes
the ECTS coordinators verify whether the request is justified in relation to the semester/year ECTS credits specified in the study programme implementation plan and the Decision on Elective Courses at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek
if enrolment is justified and acceptable according to the above criteria, the ECTS coordinator informs Suzana Perić Stivi at spericstivi@ffos.hr that the student may be enrolled in the course.

According to the Regulations on Study Programmes and Studying, students may withdraw from or enrol in elective courses, provided they explain the reason for doing so, during the first two weeks of classes, i.e. from 23 February to 6 March 2026.
