Tea Tosenberger Lubar

Tea Tosenberger Lubar diplomirala je na Filozofskom fakultetu u Osijeku 2013. godine i stekla zvanje magistre engleskog i njemačkog jezika (prevoditeljski smjer). Prvi semestar diplomskog studija provela je na studentskoj razmjeni na Institutu za teorijsku i primijenjenu znanost o prevođenju Sveučilišta u Grazu. Od 2014. godine djeluje kao stalni sudski tumač za njemački i engleski jezik. Godine 2018. odradila je petomjesečni pripravnički staž u Glavnoj upravi Europske komisije za pismeno prevođenje u Bruxellesu. Pohađala je poslijediplomski specijalistički studij konferencijskog prevođenja na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu i 2020. stekla titulu specijalistice konferencijskog prevođenja te je akreditirana usmena prevoditeljica za institucije Europske unije. Pretpristupnica je u Hrvatskom društvu konferencijskih prevoditelja.

Bavi se i književnim prevođenjem te je iza nje tridesetak prevedenih naslova.

Od ožujka 2026. radi kao asistentica na Odsjeku za engleski jezik i književnost Filozofskog fakulteta u Osijeku.

Tea Tosenberger Lubar received her master's degree in German and English language (translation studies) from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek in 2013. She spent the first semester of her master studies at the Department of Translation Studies of the University in Graz. Since 2014 she is a court interpreter for English and German. In 2018 she spent five months as a trainee at the Directorate-General for Translation of the European Commission in Bruxelles. Upon completing the postgraduate interdisciplinary specialist study programme Conference Interpreting at the University of Zagreb in 2020 she acquired the title Specialist in Conference Interpreting and is an accredited interpreter for the EU Institutions. She is a pre-candidate at the Croatian Society of Conference Interpreters.

She is also a literary translator and has translated more than thirty books.

Since March 2026 she is a teaching assistant at the Department of English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek.
