You are cordially invited to attend and/or participate in the conference “Video Games as a Common Ground” organized by the Department of English and the Department of Ethnology and Anthropology at the University of Zadar, Croatia. The conference will be held online, via Zoom platform, on September 2, 2022.

The conference aims to create a cross-disciplinary dialogue that will hopefully lead to an expansion of academic discourse on video games and gaming and to international collaborations between participants. We, therefore, invite scholars from social sciences and humanities, as well as from a range of other disciplines and research areas, to address a variety of topics and social and cultural issues related to video games and gaming. Your contributions are crucial to the success and future of the conference.
