Interreg+ cannot handle different dropout rates, therefore the recorded target value only includes the commitment of the LP, while the commitment of PP1 is indicated in the brief description section.

The LP undertook to reach 60% as a result for the indicator, based on the fact that the Student College is an existing organisation.
