Obavijest o prvom upisnom roku u akademskoj 2026./2027. godini
Filozofski fakultet u Osijeku organizira prvi upisni rok Programa hrvatskog jezika za strance u akademskoj 2026./2027. godini. Prijave i upisi u prvom ciklusu 2026./2027. počinju 31. kolovoza 2026. i završavaju 25. rujna 2026.
Program omogućuje odraslim polaznicima ovladavanje hrvatskim jezikom na šest razina prema Zajedničkom europskom referentnom okviru za jezike. Nakon završenog Programa, ovisno o stupnju, polaznici će moći razumjeti tekst uživo izgovoren te slušanu radijsku ili televizijsku poruku i odgovoriti na postavljena pitanja u svezi s njihovim sadržajem, razumjeti pročitani tekst i odgovoriti na postavljena pitanja u svezi s njegovim sadržajem, razgovarati o poznatim temama te prepričati događaje, sadržaj novinskoga članka, knjige, filma, vijesti, napisati vezani tekst o bliskoj i poznatoj temi, napisati osobno pismo s opisom vlastitih doživljaja i dojmova, životopis i opisati sliku, služiti se hrvatskim jezikom u govoru i pismu pravilno primjenjujući normu hrvatskoga jezika i gramatičke strukture. Polaznici će se, nakon što ovladaju navedenim osnovnim znanjima i vještinama, lakše uklopiti u kulturni i društveni život tijekom boravka u Hrvatskoj što će doprinijeti daljnjem poboljšanju njihovih jezičnih i komunikacijskih kompetencija.
Nastava Programa izvodi se uživo u učionicama Filozofskoga fakulteta u Osijeku. Polaznicima je tijekom Programa na raspolaganju i knjižnica Filozofskoga fakulteta u Osijeku.
Polaznici se prijavljuju elektroničkom poštom voditeljici Programa izv. prof. dr. sc. Ani Mikić Čolić (amikic@ffos.hr).
Cijena Programa za svaki stupanj iznosi 600,00 eura. U cijenu Programa uključeno je i izdavanje potvrde o završenom Programu hrvatskog jezika za strance te potvrde o položenom ispitu iz poznavanja hrvatskoga jezika i latiničnoga pisma potrebne za podnošenje zahtjeva za odobrenje stalnoga boravka u Republici Hrvatskoj. Minimalan broj polaznika Programa je 5. Ako se ne upiše dovoljan broj polaznika, Program se neće održati u tekućoj akademskoj godini.
Naknada troškova Programa plaća se nakon dostavljenog računa na polaznikovu kućnu/e-mail adresu u roku od 8 dana na IBAN Filozofskoga fakulteta: HR8423600001102484368, poziv na broj – polaznikov OIB ili broj koji se nalazi na računu.
U prvom upisnom ciklusu 2026./2027. nastava počinje 1. listopada 2026. Raspored sati nastave bit će objavljen na mrežnoj stranici programa „Hrvatski jezik za strance” do početka nastave te će svi prijavljeni polaznici biti obaviješteni o početku nastave.
Notice on the First Enrolment Period in the 2026/2027 Academic Year
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek is organising the first enrolment period of the Croatian Language for Foreigners Programme in the 2026/2027 academic year. Applications and enrolment in the first cycle of 2026/2027 begin on 31 August 2026 and end on 25 September 2026.
The Programme enables adult learners to acquire the Croatian language at six levels in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Upon completion of the Programme, depending on the level, participants will be able to understand a text spoken live as well as a radio or television message, and to answer questions related to its content; to understand a written text and answer questions related to its content; to discuss familiar topics and retell events, the content of a newspaper article, a book, a film, or news; to write a coherent text on a close and familiar topic; to write a personal letter describing their own experiences and impressions, a curriculum vitae, and a description of a picture; and to use the Croatian language in speech and writing, correctly applying the norm of the Croatian language and its grammatical structures. Once they have mastered the listed basic knowledge and skills, participants will more easily integrate into cultural and social life during their stay in Croatia, which will contribute to the further improvement of their language and communication competences.
Classes of the Programme are held in person in the classrooms of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek. Throughout the Programme, participants also have access to the Faculty library.

The fee for each level of the Programme is EUR 600.00. The fee includes the issuance of a certificate of completion of the Croatian Language for Foreigners Programme as well as a certificate of a passed examination in the knowledge of the Croatian language and the Latin script, which is required for submitting an application for permanent residence in the Republic of Croatia. The minimum number of participants in the Programme is 5. If a sufficient number of participants does not enrol, the Programme will not be held in the current academic year.
The Programme fee is paid after the invoice has been delivered to the participant’s home/e-mail address, within 8 days, to the IBAN of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences: HR8423600001102484368, reference number – the participant’s OIB (personal identification number) or the number indicated on the invoice.
In the first enrolment cycle of 2026/2027, classes begin on 1 October 2026. The class schedule will be published on the website of the “Croatian Language for Foreigners” Programme before the start of classes, and all enrolled participants will be informed about the start of classes.
